We at Path Technologies, Inc. take your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how Path Technologies’ services (the “Services”) collect, use, and share your data. By using or accessing the Services in any manner, you accept these practices and policies, and you agree to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Policy.

We may update the Policy at any time. If an update is made that materially changes the information we collect and disclose, we will endeavor to inform you of those changes. The date of last modification will be posted at the beginning of the Policy. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to any modifications to the Policy.  

 

  1. Information Collected:
     

    1. ​Voluntarily disclosed information. When you use the Services, you may provide us with some information directly. For example, you can provide your name, email address, and other information when sign up for our update emails and other messages.
       

    2. Automatically collected information. When you interact with the Services, we automatically receive and record information from your browser, which may include your IP address, geolocation data, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser you’re using to access our Services, and the page or feature you requested. “Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people.  You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our Services. Path Technologies does not process browser-based “Do Not Track” requests.

This Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we aren’t responsible for their privacy policies and practices.  Please be aware that cookies placed by third parties may continue to track your activities online even after you have left our Services, and those third parties may not honor “Do Not Track” requests you have set using your browser or device.
       

  2. Use of Collected Information. Path Technologies uses information about you for various purposes, including, but not limited, to:

      We may communicate with you via email or text to verify your account, notify you about certain activity on our platform, inform you of changes to our policies and procedures, or otherwise facilitate the operation of the Services.
       

  3. Disclosure of Information. Some amount of sharing is necessary in order for Path Technologies to operate these Services. The following individuals or entities may have access to your information.
     

    1. Path Technologies and its contractors – members of the Path Technologies team, and any independent contractors they work with, may have access to user information as it is reasonably needed for the operation of the Services and uses discussed above.
       

    2. Third-party service providers – We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you.     3. Business transfers – If Path Technologies is acquired by another company, goes into dissolution, or otherwise transfers ownership or assets, we may sell or transfer user information as part of that transaction.

Legal compliance – Path Technologies may share information if we believe, in our sole discretion, that such disclosure is necessary in order to comply with any court order, subpoena, or other legal processes, including an order to respond to any government or regulatory request, or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements, or if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Path Technologies, our users, or others.
       

    5. Use of aggregate information – Path Technologies may share information derived from user information for any business purpose, provided the information does not identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify a particular person. This includes but is not limited to, the use of information to analyze demographic and usage information or to help identify new partners and companion services.
       

  4. Security Disclaimer. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information.
     

  5. Age of Users. If you are younger than 13, you may not use our Services or access or provide any of our content. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you may use our Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to the Terms for the benefit of a child who is 13 or older but under the age of 18, you are fully responsible for his or her use of the Services.
